Mon meilleur couteau

Le couteau est magnifique.
C’est le meilleur que j’ai ... dans sa légèreté maniabilité, dans la qualité de sa coupe extraordinaire.
En plus il est très beau.
Merci beaucoup

Worth every dollar!

I’ve used the knife for about a week now, and it’s a complete game changer. The first thing I noticed was how absurdly light the knife is, making it brilliantly easy to handle. My old kitchen knife feels like a hammer compared to this insanely sharp knife, requiring very little effort to cut all manner of ingredients very finely. I look forward to meal prep just so I can get another chance to use this knife, it’s so easy to use.
The knife does require more upkeep than your typical kitchen knife, as it must be kept completely dry before being put away after use, especially the handle. This is best used on veggies, tofu and herbs which require fine cuts, not so much for meat with bones still in. I have a feeling if you’re a fan of Wil Yeung you’re probably not a meat eater anyway.
The price is very high but I assure you it’s worth it. You will not want for another kitchen knife provided you take good care of it. I absolutely love this knife and highly recommend it to any cook, casual or professional.

Thank you so very much Aaron for the taking the time and writing such a kind review! It really means a lot! Haha, I personally love prep - its very therapeutic isn't it?! Thank you again for supporting the cooking show and I hope to cook together soon on YouTube :)

Beautiful knife!!!

The knife arrived and looks fantastic! The Damascus pattern is beautiful and gives it a really premium feel.

I decided to test it out on some Japanese sweet potatoes, which are pretty dense and can be tough to cut. I immediately noticed the difference compared to my other knives. It went right through with surprisingly little effort and left a really clean, smooth cut.

Really impressed with both the looks and sharpness of this knife. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to using it more!

Thank you so very much for taking the time to write such a nice message - it means a lot! I'm so pleased that you love the knife! Thank you again for supporting the cooking show and I hope to cook together soon on YouTube :)

Ordered because it was beautiful. Quickly became a favorite.

This is my second Damascus steel Japanese knife and I find them beautiful, fun and useful as well. The shape and feel of the Kiritsuke is unlike any knife I have ever held and a welcome discovery. It makes prep fun. To say it's the sharpest tool in my collection is an understatement.
I hope Wil makes a video on how to keep the edge nearly as sharp as when it arrived. I know I will need to do that one day because I see this knife getting a lot of use.

WOW! You're most kind John for writing such a nice message! I'm so pleased that you love the knife, that means everything! Yes! An upcoming episode diving deeper into the knife is on the list of things to film. In the meantime, thank you so very much for supporting the cooking show and I hope to cook together soon on YouTube :)

P.S. that's a nice looking knife rack!

Top-tier knife

I am completely blown away by this knife! Thank you !!
I am amazed by how light it feels in the hand.
The wooden handle is comfortable and perfectly balanced.

When it comes to performance, this knife is in a league of its own. It slides through tomato skins as if it were a laser beam. An absolute joy.

To top it all, the delivery was incredibly quick and efficient.

If you are looking for a top-tier knife that combines beautiful craftsmanship with razor-sharp performance, look no further.
Highly recommended!

Thank you so very much Anique for the kind words and for supporting the cooking show! I think you're the very first customer to receive this brand new knife! YAY! In the meantime, I hope you'll love your new Kiritsuke knife and I hope to cook together soon on YouTube :)
