You won’t be disappointed!

I food prep for my daughters. They’re in law school and college. The oldest chose recipes form this book. EVERY recipe that she chose was delicious: Basil Chickpea Noodles, Garlic Chili Noodles, Earthy Bowl. I added air fried tofu pieces to all of the recipes. The sauces are amazing! I purchased all of Will’s books after watching his videos and I look forward to the gems in the other books.

A Feast for the Eyes and the Table!

After three days of bingeing your YouTube videos (which are as helpful as they are inspiring), I knew I had to have this cookbook—and wow, has it delivered! While waiting for it to arrive, we made the cauliflower tacos, and they were an instant hit. Tonight’s Basil Chickpea Noodles were just as delightful: vibrant, wholesome, and full of flavor.

The recipes strike that perfect balance of being both nourishing and genuinely craveable. I’ve already planned out four more for this week alone—something I’ve never done with a cookbook before! The photography is absolutely stunning; every page feels like an invitation to create something beautiful. Honestly, I wish all cookbooks looked and read like this.

I just received this beautiful cookbook!.

After trying your taco recipe- which was absolutely delicious, I decided to purchase this book. I appreciate the beautiful photos, and recipes with many ingredients I already have on hand. My only mistake was not getting the others! I love the fact the recipes are all plant based. I also have made a few other recipes from the YouTube channel. I strongly recommend this cookbook!
