I just ordered the signed bundle of four books. I've only recently discovered you , and have been more and more interested in vegan cooking the past couple of years. I've made several of your recipes and have loved every one . After screen shooting ingredients off several recipes, off the computer screen, I figured I owed you one Wil ! And I'm going to take the deep dive and make both the regular and spicy versions of your chili oil this week . I love watching you on you tube. Can you recommend one of your cookbooks for a beginner , not too familiar with Japanese cuisine except in restaurants which are not quite as good or authentic as home made as your are. . Thank you.

I think the COOK with Confidence book is the more beginner one out of the 4 books. However, they all have the popular recipes seen on the cooking show on YouTube :)
